The mission of SolAurum, Inc. is to expand the tear diagnostic market by offering inexpensive, quality products that
are easy to use and convenient to implement. The overall objective is to establish tear profiling as the standard of care
for diagnosing ocular disease states.
The assays that comprise this profiling will be economical and simple to perform, with minimal regulatory burden to the
practice. All assays will have third party reimbursement with the intent that they will become routine for eye care, as blood
and urine tests are for primary care.
SolAurum will service the in-office market for ophthalmic physicians. SolAurum products will raise the standard of care
in the diagnosis and treatment of eye diseases, increase the success rate of surgical procedures (such as LASIK) and provide
cost saving techniques by improving disease management.
